Bachelor students
To study at the Delft University of Technology you need to have a ‘Letter of Acceptance’. The International Office will provide you with this Letter of Acceptance if you have complied with all the acceptance requirements of Delft University of Technology.
The ‘Letter of Acceptance’ entitles you to a € 300 discount on all of our courses.
Dutch Language Courses for prospective bachelor students
If you want to begin a bachelor degree at Delft University of Technology, you take the intensive Dutch course programme. You start with this programme in August or November, well before the start of your bachelor degree. To be accepted at Delft University of Technology you must have successfully completed the following courses:
- Beginners course (the Green book)
- Intermediate course (the Second round)
Advanced course (the Third round) - Language of Science or Language of Architecture
- Prospective students for Civil Engineering or Chemical Engineering have to study an extra syllabus, which is concluded by a test.
If you have a reasonable command of the Dutch language, you may make an appointment to take a level test.
